The receptionist Jenna is shorter honestly.). She was very attentive and recognized me from a previous visit. The facilities were great and so clean. Transport links are near. Quiet room with a view of Greater London on the 12th floor.
The pool was a little small, so it felt a bit crowded at times. That's really the ONLY thing I could think of!

the room had a great view from the 24th floor. the rooftop bar also offered amazing views. i used the pool and sauna and thought they were good to use in the morning.
The blackout curtains did not work properly. One section did not shut completely. light shone through this section right onto the pillow. i woke up at 5 am because of this, it was annoying. the chair looked tired and had torn patches. The service was not great .

The breakfast was ample. I liked the views from the restaurant, located high up. The staff was friendly and very helpful . My room was always clean after returning from a day exploring. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job.
The air conditioning in my room did not cool below 20°C. I found this uncomfortable during the night.

I loved how the reception staff selected a room with views for my birthday! the hotel was lovely, and breakfast on the 37th floor had gorgeous views. rado was very nice. He was friendly, and bayo was helpful.

The room was clean and offered a nice bathroom. The staff were very accommodating. They allowed me to shower after my event despite checking out. They also happily stored my bags, and this.
I also found the lack of an informational document in the room annoying. This would include breakfast hours and gym details. I had to ask at reception upon arrival.
